Current Employment Opportunities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technicians work directly with children receiving ABA therapy services and assist with implementing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision. Responsibilities may include supporting skill development, behavior management strategies, communication goals, and documenting client progress during sessions.

ABA Therapist

ABA Therapists provide structured behavioral support for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs. This role may involve assisting with social skills, daily living skills, behavior support, and individualized therapy activities in collaboration with families and care teams.

Behavioral Health Support Staff

Behavioral Health Support Staff assist children and families receiving behavioral health services through supportive interventions, client engagement, care coordination, and community-based support activities. Responsibilities may vary depending on program needs and service areas.

Individual Counselor

Individual Counselors provide one-on-one support services for children, adolescents, or families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Responsibilities may include treatment planning, counseling sessions, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers or providers.

Group Facilitator

Group Facilitators assist with leading structured group sessions focused on behavioral health education, social development, coping strategies, or emotional support. This position may involve coordinating activities, monitoring participation, and supporting a positive group environment.

Crisis Intervention Staff

Crisis Intervention Staff support individuals and families experiencing behavioral or emotional crises by assisting with stabilization, communication, safety planning, and connection to appropriate resources or services when needed.

CPST & PSR Support Staff

Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) staff provide supportive services that help clients develop daily living, coping, communication, and community functioning skills through individualized support plans.

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants support office operations by assisting with scheduling, client communication, documentation, intake coordination, and general administrative responsibilities within the organization.
